Marc led us in celebrating communion together, reflecting on our need for Jesus.
Spencer spoke from Matthew 14:22–33 where Jesus walks on the water in the middle o the storm. Spencer focused on Peter’s response to seeing Jesus, following him out onto the water, but eventually having doubt and falling. Spencer reminds us that faith means stepping out, but it also means “Fixing our eyes on Jesus, the pioneer and perfector of our faith.” (Heb 12:1)
