Forward City Church in Chatham, Ontario exists to help people move forward towards a full life in Christ. Our hope is that these messages would encourage you to draw near to Christ, and help plant the gospel in our city of Chatham and everywhere else.

What we believe matters. As believers, there are some important foundational truths that shape what we pursue, what we protect, what we say no to, and how we carry ourselves.
At Forward City Church, we confidently believe that Jesus is fully God and a person of the trinity (God in His united, three distinct persons). We know that although He is God, He subjected Himself to death on a cross so His precious perfect blood could pay (or atone) for the sins of the world. We believe He lives today, and this message focuses on the heart of Christ, in light of how He defines greatness.
